Do you know there is more and more evidence to support the idea/theory that most physical ailments are also linked to our emotion and feelings. For example; unexpressed anger, resentment, guilt, shame, fear, grief and feelings of rejection can affect our immune system. To maintain physical and mental health, eating the right foods and taking regular exercise is crucial but there are endless things that can improve the ease in which we move through life and cope with our experiences. Below is a list of things that have helped people to feel healthier and happier, it is nowhere near complete; please let us know if there is anything that has helped you in your life and we could then find out more about each topic.
