TAKING UP SPORTS OR HOBBIES

So you’re looking to take up hobby?

Well you’ve come to the right place.
It’s important to keep both you body and mind active to fight off depression and other illnesses.
What we are looking to give you here is a wide variety of ideas that might spark some interest. Not all of these activities will be easy to access, but if you speak with your social worker you might be able to sort something out.

Power kiting
What a rush. Not for the timid. Always start with a smaller kite as these are very powerful and can fly you off if you lose control. If YOUR in control they are also a wicked rush, skuding(being dragged), leap of faith (huge jump), surfing and a lot more with these babies.

Archery

Just an idea but how about shooting the apple first and then put it on his head?
A lot safer I think.
Classes’ everywhere.

Go Carting
Not all that healthy now is it? And those fumes? ? ? ? ?

Swimming
Be a champion. Not much to do with your time? Become a fish, as we need some more medals. Always available locally and what better way to check out your local talent.

Running
Nothing like being confident! Confident I can lose you slow coach. Be quick with words and quicker on your feet. Clears your head better than alcohol if you don’t want to think too much try a seven mile run, after the fist 2 your mind will be on your breathing.

Paint Balling
Blast your key worker and friends with paint; well actually it’s the fun of running around with a massive gun that does it for me. Again not for the timid as it can really sting getting blasted by the balls. Be prepared for some bruises, but the fun definitely makes up for it. Run round like a loony in the woods, camouflaged holes to hide in, climb trees for the unsuspecting passer by, or team up to create awesome crossfire’s and obliterate your key worker. (Can be blagged as a team building exercise).

Snorkelling
Bit washed out, but still like water? Give this a try as lessons start quite cheep to see if you like it and if you do you can then look at getting your own diving gear. This is a very nice way of finding piece and quite away from it all. Plenty of practice and fun in the UK but you get the real buzz when you go abroad and check the colour’s of the med or the coasts off. . . . . You get the point.

Email me more hobbies to put on your web site. If you’re interested in sports or cool hobbies, someone else might be looking to find something just like that.
